[NB] Fix: Grim Focus for PTS 5.0.2

Grim Focus (and morphs)
- Make the skill last 60seconds
- Lower the damage to half, but let it ignore ALL damage resistances (better for the healing consistency)
- Make the healing part non hit-detection based. When you fire the arrow, you get the heal, weather the game pvp code detects the hit or not (skill test show 40% failure on netcode)

Because:
- Since it doesn't have a damage buff anymore
- Since the chargeup with 5 heavy attacks in a rotation takes longer then 20 seconds, rendering the skill (+use) duration for heavy attacks non-existant
- Since then (60 seconds time window) the player can decide -when- you want to use the burst heal / damage. A 60(-15 precharge = 45) second time window instead of only a 20(-15 precarge = 5) second window is MUCH, MUCH better, especially because the skill activation is BUGGY as HELL within the current 20 seconds.

Please make it so! Thank you!

    charge up with heavy attacks??? Isn't it 30 secs now?? Its not for the heal really or the damage mitigation. That is just candy to lull the nbs since they lost berserk.

    I think they should simply remove the initial cost of this skill (and stack bonus) and make it so it counts light / heavy attacks "while slotted". The only cost would be the bow proc.

    Yup or make it so it scaled based on amount of light attack charges similar to some ults with different effects based on ult cost.

    Make it so you don't have to activate it manually to get it activated, but that it is activated -all the time- (like a passive skill) and that you only have to use it to fire the healing / damage arrow. Would work 100x better in PvP scenario's.

    I wonder if they're able to program that though... Maybe make the buff 99999999 seconds while slotted? :)

    Hmmm then remove the "while slotted" and on re-barswap extend the duration again to 99999999 :)

    Slightly cut the damage proportionally make it every 4 light attacks. Duration 24-30 secs with major sorcery/brutality. I never liked that it was every 5 light attacks. I don't even slot sap essence in pvp so would be nice to have a proper source of major sorcery.

    I think I might make a nb especially when you get damage reduction. This is powerful for tanking as a nb and for dps and healer. That’s the only issue I see with nbs they don’t got a skill to reduce damage. And now they do with the physical and spell resistance when you activate one the class skills.

    I think that with the current healing the skill offers on pts it would be necessary to make the heal part of the activation of the spectral bow. Right now the skill is very underwhelming, in it's current state I think an increase to 50% of the damage dealt is necessary to make this a fun, usable skill.
