Game Launcher stuck loading (Originally,Problems Downloading PTS)

I've read most of the topics of Same errors I have. Even followed ZOS response to no avail. I have feeling it's original me using morrowind launcher. Least had problems updating morrowind to Summerset. Finally managed to summer set. But the summer set is refusing to update and or verify files. Keep getting error 102- Download Error_Invalumetafile. I keep repairing with built in tool. I have same anti-virus with other times I tried pts. But worked good before. Windows 10. I tried using vpn, like others suggested in forum. Restart pc, updated all my updates. But refuses to work. Also my anti-virus came with package download. Phoneix 360/System Mechanic/Mallard killer. Exception should be there. Had no problem before with pts. I don't want reinstall game, although I only go to pts...

✭✭✭✭✭Double check your exceptions for both the game and the launcher. Lots of people have had issues recently based on their AV gettingin the way.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Wanted to say many thanks. It did helped me. Although reply is way late. I believe/feel Forum wasn’t healthy for me at the time. Hence way late reply. I feel same still currently but now have issue trying to re download whole game. My antivirus is off to. Updated all windows 10 update. Keep trying start eso launcher through admin. Window pop up with wolf head, but keep saying loading. Many times I forced to reload. (Keep forcing to use task manager since wouldn’t let me click x button on taskbar) Still stuck loading. Also Many thanks in advance.
