Could be worse. At least you didn't go swimming or driving (both of which can have far more severe consequences when doing drunk).

I'm not sure if there is a way to find out who purchased the Hakeijo - but if there is may be worth it to try sending him or her a whisper and letting them know you made a mistake. If they are a decent person they'll give you your money back.

I feel bad for you op, I would be very upset. My eyes would of popped out of my head if I saw them on for 9k.

You could try whispering the person or mail, if you have MM it tells you who bought it. Who knows.. maybe he/she will give you them back or pay you more gold, very unlikely I know.. but you never know.

I would way, way rather do that then be out drinking somewhere. The only time I enjoy drinking when I am out anymore is to compliment food.
But I'm a grandparent, so bars and parties among peers haven't meant anything to me in decades.

If you don't have permissions the GM can tell you who bought them. They may do the decent thing seeing that you were incapacitated. It is a long shot but worth the try.

Had I been the one to buy them and I was politely contacted by the seller who explained it was a mistake, I would sell them back to them for what I paid. It might not hurt to try.

Khajiit once recently bought a blue Murkmire recipe for 46 shiny gold pieces.

This one did the decent thing though and mailed the seller a sum of money that made the sale a slightly more fair one.

My wife went with the childrens in "vacancy" to visit her mother, i was home alone and decided to push for emperor.
3-4 hours of sleep a day and probably 100 beers in 5 days, still i lost the emperor race tree times.
Fighting drunk in cyro was kinda fun.
The only "good old times" moment (extended video game session) since i was playng unreal tournament in local lan multiplayer all night with my friends.
