The maintenance is complete, and the PTS is now back online and patch 11.1.0 is available.

So after testing to see when it happens it seem to happen only in instances like homes, inns, delves, dungeons and trials also the tutorial and it happens about ever 2 to 3 mins and then sends you back to a different thing you were doing and you lose time for it. It will also revert changes you might of made and other things.
