Werewolf bleed change

Since Wolfhunter dlc i've been in love with ESO. Not just because i like the ww theme, but because allow me play endgame content as dps with my 300ping.
So the thing is i was reading patch 5.0.0 and realise that all DOTs that have lost their initial tick, have receive an increase on their overall damage to mitigate that lost. All except Werewolf Bleed which actually has been nerfed (for pack leader at least)

WW two main sources of dps are LA and Bleeds as we all know, and touch any of those would mean and important dps variation.

¿How big of a dps loss is the current change? Ive heard about 5k or so, which is a lot.
¿Why change the duration to 4 seconds, doesnt make them a little bit more burstier for pvp?
¿Have the devs missed the fact of the bleed first tick is missed and we need an increase to compensate?

As for this:
In addition to this, we've noticed a large disparity of the performance between the Pack Leader and Berserker morph, and are currently in the midst of investigating a healthier balance between the two, other than merely adding more damage to one.

What you guys think for Berserker Morph be able to generate ultimate while transformed or simply increase the duration of the transformation? that would make it a lot more attractive for both pve and pvp.

    See thats the reason why most of the pve player hate WW, they have to learn the rota while WW can just light attack their enemys.

    Generate Ultimate, thats just a baaaaaaaad idea the uptime on WW is allready way to high, and than if you drop out of the ww form you just can transform again or use a defencive ult to get away?

    Should be fine the way it is currently. Some players on the forums want to tank as a werewolf but you can’t since the charge skill pounce can’t have any effect on tormentor set. Wish it was changed so bounce counts toward tormentor.
    And the only group buff ww is giving out is feeding frenzy and another set like ebony and etc.
    Zos could make pack wolf morph to be the tanky taunt if you heavy attack while still got the wolves.
