What does new skill do? We need to stack 5 times to get 15% damage mitigation, hmmmm ok lets simulate real world situations

1. In solo PvE killing mobs, doing delves and publics, or even quests (sometimes we get 150k+ HP strong bosses), actually its USELESS nobody will die from that even if we dont have 15% ALMIGHTY SUPER-SKILL.
2. In end-game PvE,we have all necessary buffs debuffs from raid-group mates... nevertheless its again USELESS
3. In PvP, hmm here is a little bit other story. Actually in most scenarios we dont need this 15% MEGASKILL (considering that you know basics of PvP, also we MUST have 5 stacks and dont use it to be 80%+ uptme in fight, and also we losing Spectral Bow shot if we need higher uptime), and here we are, ganking problem. Yes theoricaly it may help you to survive (tho if ganker is exped i dont think 15% dmg mitigation will save you), but at the moment we are getting the ganking strike we must already have that 5 stacks on us. So here is the question: HOW THE HELL I CAN PREDICT OR KNOW BEFOREHAND WHEN I WILL BE GANKED?????
But thanks to the Nine we are able to know when we can be ganked and here is a little tutorial for it

1. Exit game and enter the secret console to contact Morpheus.
2. Put your cloths on and go to meet him.
3. After that implicitly ask him about the location of The Oracle.
4. Keep your way to her house.
5. After you met The Oracle ask her the mysterious question "When will I be ganked?"
6. She will tell you exact time for the gank, like 17:41 and 37th second.

So thats it guys now we know when we can expect a gank strike. Dont forget to find also mobs to get all 5 stacks together. :D
