Grim Focus damage mitigation change

I actually welcome the change for open world pve'ing dmg mitigation and dungeon mob dmg mitigation. If used properly, you can avoid more dmg done by mobs without proccing the bow. In my playing experience I don't always use the bow proc while fighting dungeon mobs or open world mobs sinply because I'm burning down those enemies with AoE abilities pretty quickly. So while keeping the LA dmg mitigation stack in mind and while I'm burning down mobs, I can pay less attention to making sure my heals stay up. And now, with the bow proc giving health back I can almost make sure I never lose too much health or stam while fighting mobs that normally force me to spend more resources recasting vigor. Easily adaptable change IMO.

It was mentioned by Gilliam on ESO Live last week Friday that they would be adding damage mitigation to LA stacks on Grim Focus. I believe it was 3% dmg mitigation for every LA stack on while grim focus is activated up to the bow proc. So only 5 stacks of 3% damage mitigation.

It does sound pretty interesting TBH. Nightblade tanks can just avoid casting the bow proc, and get a passive 15% mitigation for the duration of combat. DPS will get a mini game of being squishy after a damage burst and tanky right before, so they can time a bow proc when they’re not expecting a lot of incoming damage.
