Just let us mount while stuck in combat if you can't fix it

Theignson✭✭✭✭✭Since ZOS apparently can't fix this super annoying bug (running through cyrodil for 10 minutes-- NO ONE around, NOT in combat, but "stuck in combat, can't change gear, can't look at mail, can't get on horse)....
My suggestion is put "suicide towers" every 1000 feet in cyrodil where you can easily kill yourself to get out of combat.2 -

✭✭✭I've used /reloadui in text chat for console to fix it, but it's not always reliable. Sometimes people have to close app and log back in. Happens more often in a group than solo as well.
