I have been running around the First Scene and have the message to speak to Hooded man? The Exit says I cannot I am just confused?

    Just travel to the starting area of your alliance and look for him there. It's the start of the main quest.

    They fixed me I had two chars with nothing avail that where stuck in the Wailing, One I deleted the other they moved out and iI just restarted the quests.
