Zhasim in Elsweyr?

I recently played through the Orsinium DLC for the first Time and loved it. One Side Quest revolves around a Khajit named Zhasim. Most probably have played through the Quest anyway but for the sake of not spoiling anything I just want know if we will see him in Elsweyr. Has anybody quested on the PTS and is able to tell me that?
