PLEASE make these skills scale with Highest Offensive Stats

Hello everyone,

In PTS 5.0.0 we saw some abilities getting changed so they scale with your highest offensive Stats. These skills are all abilities that cost magicka and initially only scaled with Magicka + Spell Damage. The intention is to make sure these abilities can also be used by Stamina Characters because they provide utility for both playstyles.
The abilities changed so far are:
Warden: Natures Grasp
Templar: Cleansing Ritual
Sorcerer: Bolt Escape
Nightblade: Shade
DK: Inferno

I would like to propose an extension to this list with the following abilities:
- Malevolent Offering + morphs (Nightblade): This skill costs Health and there is no reason for it to not scale with Stamina too. Would be great to give the Nightblade some more general group utility.
- Mend Wounds + morphs (Psijic): This ability now doesn't cost any resources anymore. As this Skill is now not a strict Magicka heal anymore, I would say it should scale with both stat pools. Another great option to improve its usage would be the Heavy attack healing in a radius around the target, maybe like 6m.
- Spirit Mender + morphs (Necromancer, Healing Tree): This skill is a great skill for open world PvP. Especially the longer duration morph with damage mitigation would benefit both Mag and Stam Necromancers alike. On top of that, it is a summon - and as some of you probably already know, the necromancer gets a passive with Magicka / Stamina Regen while a Summon is active. Now, afaik the only other two Sources are the Blastbones (unreliable, cause extremely low uptime) and the Pet (Archer / Mage) which simply does not offer enough utility for open world PvP. I would love to see this skill scale with Stamina to make sure Stamina Necros also have a way of keeping up that passive without needing to slot a single target archer pet that doesnt provide anything besides some mediocre ST damage.
- Mortal Coil (Necromancer, Healing Tree): This ability´s secondary effect is to restore stamina. I really dont see the logic behind that ability not scaling with both Stat Pools, no further explanation needed.

Let me know what you guys think. I think this will only benefit the game because it allows for more diversity and scaling with both pools doesnt hurt anyone ;)

    Interesting point you mention about the necro stam summon keeping the passive up.

    As a stamsorc, id really love if curse scaled with highest damage.

    Maybe draw essence on a stamDK would be cool to.

    I agree, but then one of the Clannfears would also need to scale with Stamina - is anyone actually using the health-based morph? :tongue:
