Not brown at all. unless you use a bugged outfit style with it like wood elf.Playing your character the way your character should play is all that matters. Play as well as you can but never betray the character. Doing so would make playing an mmoRPG pointless. -
Kagetenchu✭✭✭Gotta let pvp have some good things. If everything was better in pve why play pvp and visa-versa. Pve has a lot of cool things and pvp has the best black dye in the game, reflective of the color of all pvper's hearts....mine included. -

✭✭✭✭✭I think PvE has enough. Our master weapons were taken away, we have no skins, we have far less dyes, our sets aren't as good, you have more motifs, more costumes, more zones, less lag.
You will not take the best black dye from us. I will not go down without a fight.
Is legate black really any blacker than coldharbor ash black? that dye is black as **** on most outfits.
Yeah, it's like a true black. Coldharbour ash black looks kind of faded, though it's still not a bad alternative if you don't have the legate one.(sqweee )>--- ۜ\(סּںסּَ` )/ۜ -

✭✭Dyes in this game are an enigma.
I can not understand why Zos thinks it is so unreasonable to simply make vibrant dyes available. I understand the Achievement aspect and "earning " dyes - but what really sux is that you don't know what you have until you have it.
I have really nice looking Blues on my palette that NEVER look anything like that hue of blue when it is applied, no matter what type of material/piece of armor it is applied to.
In july they will come out with super red white and blue - and those colors can ONLY be applied to Costumes.
It makes No Sense. They could sell single dyes in the crown store that add on to your Outfit Palette and make tons o money.

✭✭✭✭✭my problem is that the difference between cold harbour black and the next brighter pve black is HUGE...it would be nice to get something in between...cold harbour black for me is too dark...it swallows up any structure -
