vAS hard mode. Felms jumps not fixed?

Femme used to jump, correct me if I'm wrong, every 20-25 seconds. There was a bug with the fix in wrathstone intending to ensure 3 jumps consistently which caused him to jump every 13 seconds. This doesn't allow enough time to kill Felms before enrage. There is a supposed fix on PTS for this bug, but the word from those who have tested is that he now jumps every 14 seconds, so the bug is not fixed. Missing vAShm. One of my favorite fights. Currently unplayable
