The maintenance is complete, and the PTS is now back online and patch 11.1.0 is available.

I'm playing a new toon who is up to level 12? Imperial Necro. I'm almost done with main questline and the battle with [REDACTED] at the Shadow Dance Temple (I think I can get away with that) was pretty difficult, so I rolled into Cyrodiil to pick up some quick skillpoints and skyshards. Getting done with the Alliance War tutorials, I notice Uncle Sheo standing there by the quest boards! So I took his quest, he spun up his portal, I tried to enter.. kick. I started the game again, came back to that toon, and there was the portal. I tried it again... kick.
I have NOT started the Mage's Guild quests at all so I have not been to the Hollow yet with this character. Hey, I didn't think to try it with an older character. Maybe tomorrow... time for bed.
