Getting dc'ed randomly and getting infinite loading screens

It's just like on live. Are there any notes on whether there's a reason this is happening and what can be done for this on my end? Or is this all related to ESO's servers? I went into PTS today to look at the new content and try necromancer class with a template. As I was slotting abilities on necro I got randomly dc'ed. It took 5 tries to get back in to the game, it said "make sure you have a valid internet connection" or Error "this account is already logged in". I also get random infinite loading screens when porting around Elsweyr. I was looking forward to exploring a bit and seeing the animations for necro abilities, any solution for this?

Same here and when I try port to another zone or just my house i get DC's then this -

Never happens in live game.Grinding just make you go in circles.

Yeah I wasn't able to go inside any of the new houses today, it kept crashing when I did that, so I stopped. I still got random infinite loading screens while doing questing and porting around. I had really hoped they fixed this problem with Elsweyr because on live it was very annoying when people would get kicked randomly doing vetCloudrest progression / PvP. Customer support hasn't been helpful and so far nobody's responded in the forums. The game runs on SSD and I have no internet connection problems, it's never spotty and never get kicked out or get so many issues with other online games.0
