Can Templars repent Necromancer corpses?

I am not on PTS and probably won't be because I currently don't have another 80GB of space, but in my head I am imagining Necromancer DPS and Templar Tanks laughing increasingly maliciously as the Blastbones feed the Templar stamina. Can Templars repent Necromancer corpses? Please tell me they can...
This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.

    They said that only the casting necro can use their own created corpses but each necro/templar can use npc or player corpses
