[BUG] Eastmarch is not accessible

Hews bane has the same issue, you cannot travel to either of those...
Please someone else try it and confirm the issue

Someone left the Dark Anchors going too long without stopping them. Eastmarch is in Coldharbour now.

I've gotten two characters stuck trying to load into Eastmarch. Hopefully they get it taken care of soon.

I don't have it with areas but all characters that are in a zoned instance. E.g. my house and the one I logged out on in Sunspire.
I can logg into characters that are in a normal zone just fine but, like mentioned, every character of mine that is zoned I cannot log onto.
I already tried repariing the game aswell as disabling all addons with no improvement. I just get stuck in "requesting character load"

Edit: Alright so I have it with zones now aswell it seems @ZOS_GinaBruno. Cannot enter Coldharbour at all

Gold Coast for me, "requesting character load" over 2h until I killed the client.
(For some reason only char of mine which ended in PTR is lv6 and at Gold coast. I guess only NA chars were copied?)

my character can't even login. @pecelayam in-game, i think this may be why. I left my toon at Eastmarch I think. I have to check at home where is the last location.

Already sent in a ticket but I thought I'd mention it here as well but doing the main quest line (for the game, not Elsweyr) crashes the game. As soon as you end the cut away scene and enter the Wailing Prison you crash.

This happened to me too. Got dumped out with "cannot connect to server".

Me too.

(Because my only PTS char is "requesting character load" at Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary at Gold Coast, I made a new char, wayshrined from Summerset to Daggerfall, Glenumbra. I got infinite loadscreen when I tried to take boat to Bangkorai. Killed client and when I logged back found myself back at Glenumbra. Took wayshrine to Wrothgar and tried to walk to Bangkorai but got only to loadscreen.)

(After logging back, I wayshrined from Wrothgar back to Daggerfall and tried to do the main quest start. Talked to hooded figure, went to benefactor, got the cinematic, some long loading screen and a disconnect this time. Logged back in, found myself at benefactors room with the Hooded figure who wants to talk. I'll pass this time...)

The Rimmen Outlaw Refuge is experiencing similar issues. Multiple characters attempting to enter both entrances.

I was having a problem taking a wayshrine to Stros M'Kai from Elsweyr with a new Necromancer character, hung up on the zoning screen for as much as 8 hours and had to "kill" the client. I experienced the same hangup attempting to port to Stros M'Kai with my other characters (copies from live).
Later (yesterday) I was not able to log on at all with that character: another infinite loading screen and had to abort before I could continue. I could log on successfully with the other characters, and made/played a new Necromancer to level 10. I did not try porting to Stros M'Kai at all yesterday.

This morning I am able to log on with that new Necromancer, and had no problem taking the wayshrine to Stros M'Kai.
I hope this means the problem has been resolved.
