Here's an exercise

Translate your own name into the dragon language by giving yourself a dragon name. Look up the meaning of your name and give yourself a name like the exercise above that reflects the meaning of your own.

example: the name "Eric", which comes from Old Norse and means roughly "lone or eternal ruler/prince". From this we might make "Kulgeinul", or "prince one eternity".

Each name should be 2-3 words and usually no more than 4 syllables.
It's ok if your name only translates to one or two words. Miraak is only two words and it works great!
If you can't find anything for your first name then try your middle name

Breaking down Ishara Meradin...

Ishara was the first queen of Andor (Wheel of Time series)
Mera'din is an Aiel word for those that are brotherless or without clan (same book series)

Thus one can say that Ishara Meradin is a "queen without a clan"
But in the dragon language there is no term for 'without' or even 'less'. Thereby reducing it to "queen no clan"

I had to go Spanish>English>Hebrew (with small detour into Greek)>English-phrasing>Dragonish. So there is a little lost in translation, but this is the closest I could get for essentially "James".

James is also derived from the name Jacob

Jacob is believed to mean "May God Protect"
So in order to make this work we find a word related to 'may' that could be used in a name.
May in this context is being used as a prayer, a trust in faith.
So we turn the meaning to "God Protect Trust"
Which gives us rah-spaan-ov = Rahspaanov

Daniel means "God is my Judge"
We can use 'King' since in the times of Elder Scrolls a King was also Judge
Daniel is a name derived from worship of God so we'll take the following
"God is my Judge" = "Worship God King" = zein rah jun = "Zeinrahjun"

The 'Ric' in Eric is king or ruler; cognate to 'rex' in Latin and probably borrowed from the Celtic 'rix' but possibly coming directly from the PIE *hregs, which is also the ultimate source for the Latin and Celtic words along with the Hindi word Raj. King != prince.

Connotations:
May be a gender neutral word referring to any child, descendant, or heir given the etymology of kulaan ‘prince’ and kulaas ‘princess’.

For the sake of the 3 word name structure, Kul can be used to refer to either a Prince or Princess.
but you could use Kulaan in a 2 part name structure.

Since there are multiple meanings in Eric and/or more than 2-3 words, one could make multiple different dragon names from it.

Eric originally Eiríkr translates to "Complete Ruler"
Broken down the words are "Always, Ever" and "Rule, Power"
However, the 'always' part of the name also translates to 'one' or 'alone'

In Dragon there is Suleyk meaning Power. However in Eric; Rule and Power are being used as interchangeable equivalents. So I'll stick with "Rel" as that has less syllables.
We could expand on Rule with Ruler - "Jun"
Or take it a step farther with a "Thur" meaning 'overlord, rules absolutely'

Words to play with
always i.e. Eternity = Ul
One = Gein
Rule = Rel
Ruler/King = Jun
Prince = Kul
Overlord = Thur

You may want to try variations on spelling. My middle name does not come up as I spell it but it does with a more common spelling. My family has used both spellings going back to the 1600s.
