It'd be nice to have a fully buffed dummy with a smaller health pool than 21m, but if you want to have some fun then give the new one a whack, turn around and kill a 3/6 mil.

Well I was thinking more along the lines of one with 10 million health for solo parsing, not sure if I've done 21 million damage myself against a trials boss.1
