Please do not reduce the power of this passive skill. Even now it is difficult to kill Templars, Wardens and some DK with Major defile uptime 100%. By reducing Befoul cap to 35%, this will be completely impossible.

Healing with CP is too strong. It's a fact. Befoul is a good decision on live server for now.

i want it to be at least brought up to 40%, so at 100 points it would theoretically round to a whole number, still need to test this.

another thing to note is damage shields offer a counter to it.

Yeah because *** all builds who don't have access to Defile and who don't have 100 different healing modifier and block.
