Cyro PTS needs 100% Volendrung Artifact uptime

No reason to be on Cyrodil pts besides to try out the new artifact. Current respawn is 4-5 times per day. Would be nice to get a good amount of players to give their opinion on this potentially ground breaking or game destroying ability.
Personally I have high hopes this could be somelthing like the Thanos buff in Fortnite season 4 and could attract more players or at least retain current players.
