Power of the Light Explosion Fix?

@ZOS_GinaBruno Is there any update on a potential solution for Power of the Light Explosion not working when there is too much damage on a target? This has been a bug since at least Summerset if I remember correctly. This explosion accounts for 4-5% of Templar DPS and is very disappointing to not have that damage in trials. Any information is appreciated. Thank you
