Campaign lock and being Queud in?

In the past, when we were locked into campaigns, a member of another alliance could group queue us into cyrodiil to bypass the campaign kick. My red Templar was locked into the canpaign but my yellow friends could group queue me into cyrodiil on my yellow Templar. I hope this does not happen anymore as it defeats the purpose of being canpaign locked.
