Another PTS and Stamsorc is still without a clear Identity

Can anyone as ZOS allow fill us in on if they have any plans for Stam Sorc? its just weapon skills and hurricane/dark deal. There has to be more to a class than this......

I liked the patch notes overall, some of the best, but they are still not perfect, stam sorc needs an ability like crystal fragments to make it better, cristal blast sucks anyway.

patch notes in general were good in my opinion but my only concern is the lack of identity for Stam Sorcs patch after patch. hopefully they will get some due attention when they overhaul the passives in a future update. a class that only uses 2-3 class skills isnt a class in my opinion

While my 2H Stam Sorc feels bit lackster, mainly due to spammable skill, there are changes here like the casting times (make Crushing weapon apply faster) and especially the Cleave that would give that much needed spammable hard hitting attack similar to Jabs & Surprise attack.

Zero changes to the stamsorc kit in the class changes ... but ...

Flurry damage increased by 21%

Uppercut cast time reduced and the 200ms post-global removed

Cleave damage increased

Right now I think a Redguard vMA DW stamsorc or a 2H stamsorc are looking pretty strong, especially considering the stamblade nerfs. Can't wait for PTS to come back up so I can test.

The setups I had good luck with last patch were:

vMA DW + Deadly Strike + Perfect Relequen (no monster set)

AY 2H + AY Jewelry + Perfect Relequen + Velidreth

Actually there is one thing that i would criticize, that is the fact that relentless focus got a duration increase while merciless resolve did not, the 50 % buff is close to useless because magblade is not melee.

Increase it to 30 sec, like relentless.

As a former Sap Tank I fear every patch but as a fan of Stam SOrc I look foreward as well

Liked the patch notes, and I DO like the current stamsorc, but I have to admit I was a tad disappointing (and surprised) to see so little done to a class with so little.
