PTS Update 22 - Bug Reports for Artifact Weapons

Universe

There is a major issue with the weapon.
@ZOS_BrianWheeler I sent you a private message with explanation, I'm just posting here since I'm not sure you receive an alert for new private messages.

Weps

Everytime I try to access the quest to try out the weapon i get booted from server, asking me to check if I have a valid internet connection

Universe

The Daedric Artifact can activate proc sets.
I noticed that Selene Monster helm's proc damage was activated when using the Daedric Artifact abilities.
I just report it since I don't think it is intended.

Also, The Daedric Artifact counts towards the Dungeon Damage Dealer achievements(while in the tutorial dungeon) and perhaps other Dungeon related achievements.
I guess this is not intended.

Universe

The following achievements can't be completed even if the relevant condition is satisfied:
1) Volendrung Wielder - I killed enemy players while wielding the weapon, but I didn't complete the achievement.
2) Volendrung Vanquisher - I soloed 1v1 a player who wielded the weapon, but even after I killed him, I didn't complete the achievement(btw the weapon is really weak, 1 minute duel and it was finished . I was even on a noob Dragonknight character template! ).

Also, if one enters Cheesemonger's Hollow dungeon while wielding the weapon and then exits the dungeon, the weapon ability bar remains, but there are no Volendrung abilities/stats.
A simple bar swap fix it, but the weapon needs to remove everything from the player when it disappears(when the player leaves Cyrodiil) so it won't be inconvenient afterwards.
