On a more serious note, I have a Redguard that looks nothing like a Redguard, looks more like a Nord. When I create characters, I create them to have a passing resemblance to myself. I do this because for me the character is a projection of myself. From a game immersion stance, its me running around in ESO.

I look nothing like a traditional Redguard, so I changed how the character looked

Sounds good, doesn't work.
Pale redguards with angular features, tan bretons, and Imperials with soft features are basically the same thing.
But good luck making a female Nord head that resembles other races' females (instead of resembling a potato).

Definitely looks Redguard to me, there's only so much you can deviate from the base facial structure that they made for each of the game's races.
