Interestingly enough, the ONLY thing keeping us from making perfect Maormer characters is the lack of a gray skin and black hair for Altmer....and *Pyandonean.
Between the oracle eyes, Warden skill lines, and the Pyandonean motif, one of my toons is nearly a dead-ringer for a Maormer Hydromancer.

The new Arctic Rime skin does well for lightening skin and making you look like a snow elf or a Maormer. -
