Demands don't work with ZOS and since YOU agreed to the ToS, you have forfeited your right to demand/fight for/ etc. compensation from the company.

Also if ya don't want players to tell you the rules you signed, don't post on the forums. Telling them to shush when they are giving you information about a legally binding document that YOU willingly signed just shows immaturity.

    Shush.

As an above poster pointed out, I am in the UK and UK laws apply, above an beyond any agreement I made.

UK law states that I am entitled to compensation if I seek it.

Don't post if you don't have a clue what you are talking about.

Wot's that? Nigel, do you hear a video game player in distress? Get the Bicycles on the double!

People who act like this only make me side with ZOS even more than I already do when it comes to this matter.

ZOS does not offer compensation, it's in the Terms.

They might purely out of the kindness of their hearts extend the event.

This is not to be interpreted as compensation.. because the Terms do not allow for compensation.

    ESO is provided as is.

Actually that's not true, even if you sign the terms.

We're in the EU and ZOS has a product sold in it's zone, so according to our right we can demand a compensation if the product for example " don´t have the quality nor the performance of products of the same type". This is just an example, there're other condition that ZOS do not fulfill.

You would have to demonstrate that in general MMOs don't take down their servers for maintenance, including emergency maintenance, and the only MMO I know that fits that is GW2.

I understand the frustration, but ZOS is working on increasing server capacity, and I'm sure that if all it took was snapping a finger, they would have already done it.
