As an above poster pointed out, I am in the UK and UK laws apply, above an beyond any agreement I made.
UK law states that I am entitled to compensation if I seek it.
Don't post if you don't have a clue what you are talking about.

Actually that's not true, even if you sign the terms.
We're in the EU and ZOS has a product sold in it's zone, so according to our right we can demand a compensation if the product for example " don´t have the quality nor the performance of products of the same type". This is just an example, there're other condition that ZOS do not fulfill.
