New to ESO events

I "purchased" a free event token from the crown store, talked to the chef, got my cake, ate my cake and didn't seem to get any tickets. Is it 1 character per account? Is it every day?
Is there any other way to get tickets? I've been doing writ quests but I don't think you get tickets, just outfit stuff.
Where is the impresario?

✭✭✭✭✭Two tickets per day per account. At this time it should be for clicking on the cake after you summon it from your memento collection. How you get tickets changes with each event. For the 5th Year Anniversary it's eating cake.
You can also purchase tickets in the Crown Store (the game's cash shop) during the in-game events.
The Impressario has three locations:- Just outside of the city of Daggerfall in the Glenumbra zone.
- Just outside of the city of Davon's Watch in the Stonefalls zone.
- Just outside of the city of Vulkhel Guard in the Auridon zone.

Things like writs reset around 2 am eastern daylight time if I recall correctly. I never checked to see if that also works for event tickets. Yes, that includes event tickets at 2 am EDT.PC/NA/EP ✌️2
