What? There's too much PvE by that measure, IC is a hybrid zone always has been. It's easy enough to PvE through if one wishes.

I’m incredibly annoyed that they aren’t considering easing the restrictions on what can be done while stuck in combat. If they can’t fix the problem (and clearly won’t prioritize figuring it out) why not let us swap quickslots, skills and gear? Why not let us use the transitus?
You know what works when you’re stuck in combat 5 min after the battle ended? Quitting the game. Maybe that’s what they want

Cause that will make huge smash on pve. Seaping skills in raid=op.
Faction lock is only going to punish those that faction stack one camp. Long ques, huge lag, etc. Reason for these changes, is to force IC/shor pops to go up.
Also it's funny they consider nCP less laggy. It's really not just because of CP clogging the calcs but because you die faster. This was proved during OP siege in vivec, and why sotha players didn't really noticed a change in performance.

Are you so content forcing me to stay in an alliance if even they have a happy time taking everything and i have nothing to do just so NA spreads out? You realise not only Americans play eso right?

5. Proc sets are NOT good. They need to be removed. They encourage skilless gameplay and it is the cause of most PvP imbalance.
Earthgore, viper, zaan, caluurons, skoria, troll king, etc... these sets need to be removed or heavily nerfed. They’re skilless and encourage a bunch of thumbless fish to run them and think they’re good. Nothing more infuriating when you’re about to finish off a kill on an opponent only for an earthgore to proc from a healer 2 keeps away.
