Customer Support ticket response time

Hi there guys, First time forum poster here, I am just wondering how long does it normally take for customer support to respond after your ticket has been escalated? I've been waiting now for almost 3 days now and just started to get a bit curious, If someone could possibly look into it my ticket and situation I would be forever thankful. Kind regards as I know you guys are pretty busy!
