Please give me the 4th feather instead of this stupid berry!

I’ve sent in a ticket, no reply - I do not want/like the dawnwood indrik. I accidentally bought the berry instead of the 4th feather.

Can any CS just help me trade the berry (bought back when there was just one berry available) for the 4th feather?

I sent a ticket back when it happened, no answer.

Pls just trade me!
