Average Ticket Time Response

Hello! I've opened a ticket about a crown store item purchase (#190309-001828) about 5 days ago, some guy named "Chris" answered me very politely on that same day and told me the ticket would be escalated to someone who could help me, but it's been 5 days now and I haven't had an answer. It's my first ticket and I'm a bit worried since people told me tickets get closed after 4 days if there's no response.

Just reply to the email from "Chris", say that it has been 5 days, and ask for an update.
