Which class makes the best use of the Psijic skills?

As the title says, which class do you think makes the best use out of the Psijic Order skill-line.
If only a Stam, Mag or Hybrid variant from the class puts the skill-line to good use, then state it in the comments.

Dracan_Fontom✭✭✭✭✭Other or none or something elseAll the abilities can be used effectively on any class. Time Stop is still a good large Aoe stun for classes that don't have one like Nb, and temp.
Elemental Weapon (and maybe the other morph) is a good spammable for any dps.
Mediate is well, alright. More aimed for tanking imo which is universal.
Accelerate is great regardless of class and build. Minor Force is Minor Force.
Mend Wounds is probably the weakest skill and has the least amout of uses1 -

✭✭DragonknightMeditate is a great way to get back resources. Front bar it for the 5k damage shield when blocking. Helps with blockcasting. ✭✭✭✭✭SorcererSorcerer lacks a class spammable, so they benefit the most from Ele Weapon. They also need Minor Force more than Nightblades or Templars since they don’t have a class 10% crit damage passive.1 -
