Race change token bugged

Used ONE of the three available race changes tokens granted from update to change the appearance of one of my characters and it used all 3 tokens.
I figured something was amiss when it was "saving" the changes for about 10 minutes.
Edit: and now I can't log in. GG, typical update.
Edit 2: the power of lag is mighty. After finally getting back in, the remaining 2 tokens showed up again.
