Drops bug?

My twitch account and eso account are linked and authorised yet i see this on twich

I had an older twitch account ( that I dont currently have ) linked to the Same eso account i have now. Using my new twitch account ( linked) wont show me as linked on twitch therefore no drops or support ( by buying points/subs) to my favorite streamers.

I tried changing emails on both twitch and eso to maybe force twitch to see my eso account and handshake but nope. Any help is welcome. I contacted customer support and they returned with a standard CS answer of how to link my account ..... ( that I know how to do ) . My eso account displays my twitch account and VS but look at the screenshot, is this how it should be? Should there be a linked confirmation there instead? I will take any help from other players. TY
