I was in a trial 3 days ago and got kicked from the game I try to log back in then....
Error 326: Character is currently locked.
I put in a ticket and got a reply saying:
"I am escalating your ticket to a specialized team to ensure you receive the best possible resolution of your issue. Thank you for your patience while they review your request, they should be reaching out to you SHORTLY"
It has been 2 days with still no reply, I cant do anything because the character that is locked is my main character so all my items are stored on that character.
Can someone please help or does any dev or something read these forums that could help me
