Controls reset

So something weird happened to me today. I was running through Lilmoth when I was disconnected. PC/EU, so sadly not uncommon. But logging back in took me to a queue, which was a first. When I got back in I realised all of my controls had been reset to default. Which was INCREDIBLY annoying. That's never happened before, and I hope it doesn't again. Anyone know how/why this happened?

It's happened to me on PC NA before. I submitted a ticket and never got a follow-up, so I have no idea.

If you are experiencing an issue where your settings are not saving properlye, perform the following steps:

Navigate to C:\Users\user.name\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live.
Right-click on your UserSettings.txt file and select Properties.
Ensure that it is not set to read only. If the Read Only option is checked, uncheck it.

If the box is unchecked and the issue persists, delete your usersettings.txt file and restart the game.
