Accidentally deconstructed item

So I was having 3 Infused maelstrom lightning staffs in my bank.
I wanted to improve one of them and being slightly stupid I hit "deconstruct" instead.
The third staff apparently has gone missing in the matrix, I couldn't remember destroying it, but it's simply not there anymore.
I have sent a ticket with "missing item", hoping to get deconstructed one back.
So far no response, so I wonder if someone has done the same and got it back

I've heard from some people about them getting deconstructed items back. Support is very helpful so I wouldn't doubt that they would help you out here.@DragonHeart000 NA PC

Only happened because it was right after an update, and my addons were not active updated.
Contacted support, they basically told me to get stuffed.
