Outstanding Customer Service.

I can be kind of critical (and have been), so I like to be fair about things, and offer praise with equal readiness.

Last night, I finally got a valuable drop, a Pumpkin Spectre Mask runebox. I was so excited, I NEVER get valuable things like that, so I went to post "FINALLY got a good drop!" into chat... but forgot to press enter in my excitement, and in pressing "F" accidentally opened the box. My heart sank. I had no interest in the mask, but considerable interest in the gold I might get from it. So, I was very disappointed.

Realizing the futility of the effort, I filed a ticket and asked if it was possible to have the action reversed; restore the runebox to me, and remove the mask from my collectibles. I really didn't expect them to do anything for me...

But tonight, I got a message from Customer Service, with a new runbox attached with "warm regards." I don't know which CSR did this, but it made my night! Thanks to the team, you did good on this one!

    Yeah the customer support team can be amazing, this is how all of my interactions have been with them.

    I think it might depend on what issues you have and what tone you take as well, generally if you're having technical issues it's harder for them to just fix it. Support for issues like this is outstanding though.
