Sahidom✭✭✭✭Probably latency. This can be server-side in which case your latency can appear fine. ESO doesn't have the best latency as it is, my ping in other MMO's is around 30 usually. In ESO its about 70-100. Skills not firing, and especially the CC break not working, is a regular occurrence for me in PvP situations.
It's not latency. I can have 100 FPS with a sub 70 ping and skills stop working.
That answer ranks up to an ISP help desk person asking whether their modem is properly connected when they did the install because people are stupid, and always feel it's their system that's errored. It's the classic "not us, its you" response. As a consumer, it's a tell-tell sign the business that employs such tactics has poor customer service - and it's time to get another service provider.Edited by Sahidom on March 23, 2020 7:28PM0
