The support site's help page just says to do account recovery -

However, I can log into my account just fine, why would I want to do account recovery? As this is a billing issue, I don't want to wait ages here.
My account login works fine, but the help. site sends me the usual access code and then it fails (definitely using the correct code).
Looking for a mature and helpful social guild - play PvE, PvP, and like crafting.
