i am getting kicked at almost all loading screens

every one of my three loading screens i am getting kicked to login screen with unable to connect error, is there any solution? i tried reinstalled my game and there is nothing wrong with my connection, thanks.

Have you tried disabling your addons and moving the SavedVariables outside of the addon directory and seeing if the problem persists? Sometimes the random addon can make it where this happens.

If you don't have addons/already have done the above then it's probably wise to jot down your PC specs, server, and list of things you've already done that way people can get on the same page where you're at in your troubleshooting process.

I have the same issue atm and have a few friends who got the same sh!t. What we know so far is:

There are no apparent problems on anyone's connections, for example i myself have a rather stable one and can play any other online game without issues like this. DL/UL speeds are tested and all seem fine.

We are not using same provider. We are not all in the same countries. There are different people across different countries having the same issue.

Yet we don't get this issue when we use VPN, or even in my case, using 4g. My fiber internet is way better and stronger than my 4g but for some unknown reason my 4g works better. Friends using VPN.

We figured out this is most likely about a package loss while connecting to server. That's also why it keeps happening on teleports/loading screens.

I myself haven't registered a support ticket as i can't log in to support at all. I type my ID and PW, then click log in, nothing happens. It's just not there. But friends have done it and none got a proper answer let alone getting a fix.

I'm not a tech pro so idk how to read this tracert but maybe someone can:

ZOS barely keeps up with hardware demands. During peak play times on the NA server i also get kicked to login a lot. Weekends are particularly bad. But if i manage to get on during the day on weekdays before people get home from work and school, i almost never booted to login.

Even though ZOS denies it, many people have came to the conclusion that Non Steam players get priority connection compared to Steam players. I have steam and get kicked a lot. Dont know if its better for non steam though.

Generally speaking the performance issues in this game get worse every quarter.

This particular problem has nothing to do with Steam as far as i'm aware. I have both Steam and non-Steam versions, tried both. I even tried deleting Steam download to the last bit and downloading from ESO website, just doesn't work.

I haven't been able to play Elder Scrolls Offline since September.. moved on, just checking the forums now and again. Seems like I'll try the game again when another year past, or 2021 just incase, once its out of alpha.

Its funny how I can barely keep a connection for 2 minutes with ESO, yet I can play World of Warcraft all day long until I decide to disconnect. Quite frankly, this trainwreck of a game is not worth my time or my dime anymore.
