Error 319 - Has anyone else had this?

So, to start this off, I requested a character be restored a week ago that I had deleted about two weeks ago from today. They asked I clear my bank, which I did, and let them know once I'd done that. Then they responded telling me that they were unable to restore my character but that they'd contact me later when they're able to do so. I was fine with that, I went on with playing.

Yesterday at 6:30PM I got kicked from the game and could not log into any characters at all. I kept getting Error 319: Failed to Transfer. It was then I also noticed on my character select screen that my old character had suddenly been restored. I checked my email and sure enough, they updated my ticket around the time I originally got kicked from the game to let me know they could restore my character.

Great, good. The problem is, this was 4-5 days after they originally told me they couldn't restore my character so I had begun using my bank again. I also no longer had a free character slot because I made a new templar that I was in the process of leveling, so with my old templar restored I was at 10/9 characters. I deleted a random alt I had that I don't think had much on them and brought myself down to 9/9 but I still cannot log in.

I've already opened a ticket and they've said that they're pushing this through to another team, but does anyone else have experience with this? I missed my trial group last night because of it and I have another coming up on Wednesday that I'd like not to miss, but I have no clue how long this may take.
