Players have a right to outraged IMO. Everyone on the PTS forums knew that players would get angry about these changes and how those tokens worked. Why anyone is honestly pushing back from such a predictable outcome and labeling it "entitlement" is beyond my comprehension.
What's strange is how ZOS could repeatedly test and anger their playerbase. Are they not aware that you should rarely, if ever, leave current and potential customers unsatisfied in business? Continuing to do so will only harm the game in the long run, yet there players that actually defend actions that do this? I can't comprehend it.
ZOS should be promoting a unified community, but instead has been fragmenting it. From what I've seen playing online games for a very long time, that's the first step towards a game's end. It also makes it more difficult to appease your customers, as this thread clearly shows...

nerfs to most of the races,
Its the ridiculous price their asking to change you freaking race, the whole Summerset DLC was on sale for less than that.
honestly where I live the crowns would cost me $30 NZ that's just crazy for a race change and a few maps,
I've never come across a game that charges so much for items as this game does.
IF it only cost me say 5 bucks I would probably just swallow my pride and pay, but not at that price.
I'm only a common working joe with a mortgage, family, and bills to pay, for gods sake I trying to budget my money
just to buy elsweyr .
I would think after all the commotion they could at the very least put the Adventure pack on sale, but o no ,
believe me folks they knew a lot of people would be wanting it after this patch.
and all they're done is round down every race to be more like the others all the uniqueness of the races has been ground down to nothing ,,, yes good job eso
