For once I must praise devs. Its great feature. QoL things such as this are great for both old and new players.
Hoping to see more nice stuff like this in the future

Nowhere since Wrathstone didn't launch for you yet. Which is likely to be your point I know that

Has the Ps4/Xbox gotten the update yet?

Xbox/PS4 has not gotten the update, instead, Wrathstone will launch on March 12 for both consoles.

Ok, wasnt sure, I'm on PC so I don't pay attention to console patch schedule.
When it comes to console:

Open the map, the zone guide is on that screen on PC. Maybe the same on console?

It's actually not too bad. At least I don't have to hunt and search through my achievements to see what I've done/not done in the various zones.

For now though I'm ignoring it as I'm finishing up my TG quests on a toon.
But every once in a while I'll log into my main with the thought of "today I'll finish up zone X" and that will come in pretty hand for that.
