yes, It give me time to do crafting and some other stuff in the morning.You won't keep everyone happy. The current update time is when majority of people are at work, so they won't be complaining.

I think the point is that they run the US maintenance during the US night, but the EU maintenance during the EU day.
If it's so OK to run it during typical work hours, why don't they do the same in the US?

Because if they ran it during typical working hours in the US, it would be after-work (prime time) hours in EU and even more Europeans would be upset over this.
I think this is best compromise they can make- do it while US is sleeping and Europeans are working. Least amount of people will be affected.

There’s no one way to realistically resolve this for everyone and id rather have a regular time each week than one that changes constantly. If I’m working then fine but if I’m off like today I just do something else instead.
