New Altmer Passive - Suggestion

Ok, so the consensus is that Altmers are not fond of recovering their lowest resource.
I propose the following new passive.
Magical Jumping Beans: When you jump, your next light attack does 5% more damage.
This amounts to a small magicka dps buff.
Also, it would be in line with the Wood Elves, dodge roll passive, ie., a damage buff that makes combat more engaging.
