why do nords have the same faces?

As other had already mention, the main option that change the face dramatically is the triangle "dial". If you take a closer look, many orc and khajiit NPC looks the same as well. The main difference for these race is that they have more option for skin tone or fur color. Hence they look much different. Plus I'm sure most people pay more attention to khajiit's tail then their face anyway. I know I do.

Not true in any way. I have several Nords, and they look very different. If you mean NPC's, yeah but there's like the same problem with every race. Breton women? Anyone? Not only do they look all the same, they all look like an ex of mine, that I really don't like these days. LOL

Give me some suggestions for the dial on the triangle for the male nords. A good pic will be good

All jokes aside, I think what makes all Nords look alike is the fact that all of them wear Nordic armor. My two Nords look nothing like one another. But then again I'm terrible at recognizing faces

The tail is an obvious distraction. (pick pocket)

Considering their lifestyle, the face will probably get smashed by a mace or a fist either way, so why waste resources there if you could spend more on a strong sword arm(s)? 😄

In Dragon Ball Z, low class saiyains tended to have similar facial features. Nords are low class, so it's probably the same thing.

Atleast when they release skyrim dlc they will think to make a nord look like one
