why do nords have the same faces?

All the nords i saw they have the same face and they have little diversity(I went to windhelm and the male nords most of them have the same faces)

✭✭The triangle with the draggable dot (heroic, angular, soft) makes a difference on facial features. I remember when creating one of my Nord females that she looked like she was wearing lip liner when that little dot was set closer to certain areas (can't remember which).
I don't currently have a Nord male myself, but I've seen a couple that are more distinct, at least in my opinion. Like Snorfin:
Definitely takes work to get ones that feel less template-y though, for all characters.

Sliders are for tweakening. The only thing that can really chage the face is triangle at the top. Try different positions, in betweens and so on. -
